Use this form to indicate your financial support for an Institute student.

About the scholarship:
The Institute for GOD has established the Church Matching Scholarship, encouraging churches, Christian camps, and mission agencies to support those in their ministry family whom they identify as worthy candidates for Bible and missions training. Based on annual funds available, the Institute for GOD will match a church scholarship awarded to eligible students, up to $2,000 per academic year, for a maximum of eight semesters of continuous full-time enrollment and eligibility. Your church may of course support the student with more than $2,000 in aid, but the matching portion of the scholarship is maxed at $2,000 per year.

Eligibility: Full-time, on-campus undergraduate student with a 2.5 cumulative GPA or above.

Matching Funds Availability: Matching funds are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Deadline: The deadline for notifying the Institute student of your church's participation is August 1st for the fall semester, January 2nd for the spring semester.

Requirements:

1. Scholarship checks must be made payable to The Institute for GOD and received by Institute Administration by August 10 for the fall semester, and January 10 for the Spring semester.

2. The church/ministry must not use this program to: a) Pass money to the student from the parents or relatives that would normally assist in the student’s debt; and b) Replace promised wages or promise the scholarship in place of wages.

My church herein enters into an agreement with the Institute for GOD to provide a scholarship for the above student in the below amount.
